By accessing and using Lurexis AI's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Lurexis AI provides AI-powered receptionist services for home service businesses, including:

• Automated call answering and routing
• Lead qualification and scheduling
• SMS and email automation
• Business analytics and reporting

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the service

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Lurexis AI services are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lurexis AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend service for maintenance, upgrades, or emergencies. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• We may terminate for cause upon 30 days written notice
• Upon termination, access to services will be discontinued
